The Fremont Street Las Vegas PitBoss Build Continues
ProCorp Customs and Metal Mafia Customs push forward after the death of team member
Boca Raton, FL (August 24, 2009) – There's an old saying, "The show must go on" and in the case of the Fremont Street Experience Las Vegas themed bike, ‘The PitBoss’, the saying couldn't be more applicable. Moving forward, the project takes on a tribute to Brad Ruel, whose untimely death last month put a halt to the build. The crew over at ProCorp Customs is pushing forward and are determined to make the unveiling a celebration of his life. The folks over at the Fremont Street Experience have been sympathetic in light of the situation and have moved the unveiling date to New Year's Eve night under the Viva Vision canopy.
Stepping up to the plate to fill Brad’s shoes is the crew over at Metal Mafia Customs, www.MetalMafiaCustoms.com. class=word_break> Their original role in the build was just paint, but they have now taken on Brad’s former role as fabricator. When asked about their larger role in the build, Jon Sinclair said, “We couldn’t be happier about being involved in a bigger way and we do so in tribute to Brad. He was a great friend and we are going to make him proud.”
When asked for his thoughts on recent events, co-owner of ProCorp Customs, Bo Asciu said, “Loose plans, my friends. Thank God I preach that all day long because it's kept us all flexible and has encouraged creativity. We appreciate Fremont Street's understanding and help rearranging the timeline.”
The Fremont Street Experience, located in historic downtown Las Vegas, is a four-block entertainment destination which links 10 downtown Las Vegas Hotel-Casinos. The featured attraction of Fremont Street Experience is the world’s largest video screen called Viva Vision. The Viva Vision's gigantic LED video screen spans 1,500 feet of four blocks, mesmerizing viewers with 12.5 million pixels accompanied by a mind-bending 550,000-watt sound system. The ‘Born 2B Wild’ promotion is featured in a six-minute video that plays throughout the week on Fremont Street Experience’s world-renowned Viva Vision canopy screen.
