Spies to test GSV-R800? Zemke loses his ride.
Fresh out of his Laguna win and second consecutive AMA championship, Ben Spies is scheduled to test the Rizla Suzuki GSV-R in October. Maybe we will see him in MotoGP earlier than usual? Wild-card entry in the future like Honda did with Duhamel? We will have to wait and see.
Jake Zemke was released from American Honda after his solid third place in the AMA standings. No news yet on his plans for 2008.

"Silly" season is usually a reference to te end of the racing year. Riders are negotiating new contracts and sometimes switch teams/brands.
